Return Policy

We stand behind our work and will address any errors on our end. However, we are not responsible for customer-submitted files or print-ready gang sheets — please review all files carefully before submitting.

Please review and confirm all order details before completing your payment, as changes may not be possible once an order is processed.

Inspection Upon Receipt
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issue, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your Order ID and photos of the defective item(s).

Claims & Refunds
All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective films must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a reprint or refund for the affected items. Please note that all refunds — including full refunds — are subject to a 5% admin fee.
