Kindly confirm all your orders before completing the payment process. And please inspect your order upon receiving it. If there is a problem, notify us immediately by emailing us at email@example.com, remark your Order ID and attach the photos of the problems film.
Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective films must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. We will work with you and get you the right transfers or refund for the missing films. Any refund / full refund will incur admin fees of 5%.
