Pre-press for 5 seconds

Pre-press the T-shirt for 5 seconds at 300–320°F (150–160°C).
This step removes moisture from the fabric, helping the transfer adhere properly. Best suited for cotton, polyester, and cotton-poly blend fabrics.

Pro Tip:
Before pressing, smooth out any wrinkles or uneven surfaces to avoid crinkled results.

1st Press for 5 seconds

Set Pressure to Medium or High,
Ensure Temperature is set to 300–320°F (150–160°C).
Finally, press down the heat press for five (5) seconds.

Safety Tip:
Clear the area and stay safe from the heated press before locking in.

Peel DTF film within 5 seconds after pressing

Peel and remove the heated film about 3 seconds after opening the heat press, using a fast, smooth, continuous motion.

You can press again if parts of the design are not transferred without damaging it using the same settings of Medium to High Pressure, with Temperature set to 300–320°F (150–160°C).

2nd Press for 5 seconds after Hot Peel

Press the print again for 5 seconds at 300–320°F (150–160°C) at Medium to High Pressure.

This additional press is vital in strengthening the final product, greatly improving its durability and stretchability while removing excess oil in the process.
