How can you help me make sure that my DTF transfer printouts are of the best possible quality?
It is in our workflow to check and correct every artwork file we received to provide the best possible print result. Adjustments within the working file, such as resolution (300 DPI), small dot issues, color codes, and file formatting are common parts our internal team helped resolved in our standard checking process.
Beyond maintaining clean workspaces and printers, we uphold uncompromising standards in every detail of our prints, from color vibrancy and white ink coverage to washability, durability, and hot-peel performance.
Can I make technical design modifications for regular orders?
Yes, you can! May it be a background removal, color adjustments, or a special requirement, you can drop your request in the REMARK section when checking out your order. Our design specialist will take care of it, free of charge.
Can your DTF transfers be done on any heat press?
Yes, our general DTF transfers work on any standard heat press with Medium to High Pressure at 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 5 seconds.

Have your DTF transfers been tested for washing and durability?
Yes, we do our own vigorous testing on all print types typically in 140°F (60°C) hot water washes over extreme wash cycles periods to break our own test prints.
Does your DTF transfers peel, crack or fade after washing?
Most unlikely. Our final print transfers are engineered to endure the toughest of situations while preserving its color quality and durability with general maintenance. Our extreme testing methods ensure that our printed transfers withstand years of usage with minimal degradation.
Do I need any specialized software or hardware when using your DTF transfers??
No, the only hardware you would need is a standard heat press to transfer your artworks to your desired fabric.
Is there a minimum order quantity for sample packs?
No, the Sample Pack is free of charge. However, there would most likely be charges for shipping fees and tax duties if applicable.
How long does shipping take?
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding Malaysian public holidays) will be processed and shipped either same-day, next-day or other notified lead time upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. We will get in touch with you directly and keep you updated until your order is received.
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
All payments are accepted via inter-bank transfers.
